The Master’s Programme in Technology and Innovation Management at the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH) has been developed in accordance with international standards and is delivered primarily in English. The programme is designed to educate highly qualified professionals capable of driving digital transformation, fostering innovation, and leading technology development across both industry and the public sector. The programme provides students with a solid foundation in technology management, innovation management, and technology transfer, complemented by strategic thinking and management competencies essential for today’s global environment. Students gain exposure to advanced management frameworks and practices covering the entire innovation lifecycle—from opportunity identification, technology project planning and management, and product development to intellectual property management, research commercialisation, and the development of innovation
As an international research-oriented university, USTH leverages its strong partnerships with industry, research institutes, and innovation organisations to deliver a practice-oriented learning experience. The programme also equips graduates with the knowledge and entrepreneurial mindset required to establish and lead technology-based ventures.
For the 2026 academic year, USTH announces admissions to the Master’s Programme in Technology and Innovation Management as follows:

2. Eligibility
- Obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology, or are currently working in technical fields, and wish to develop competencies in management, innovation, and entrepreneurship; or
- Obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, management, or related disciplines, or are currently working in relevant fields.
- Applicants must also meet one of the following language proficiency requirements for admission:
- Obtaining a language proficiency certificate equivalent to level 4* promulgated in the six-level foreign language proficiency framework of Vietnam
- Obtaining a Bachelor’s degree or a postgraduate qualification in English, or in a recognized training program using English as the main language of instruction,
* Conversion table of Foreign Language Degrees and Certificates equivalent to Level 4 of the six-level Foreign Language proficiency framework used in Vietnam for admissions and academic training at the Master’s level.

Notes:
- Applicants who have completed their Bachelor’s programs but not yet received their diplomas must submit their academic transcripts or temporary graduation certificates (copies and English translated versions).
- Applicants who are in the last year of Bachelor’s programs must submit the most updated academic transcripts and a confirmation letter on expected graduating time (copies and English translation).
- International students must prove the ability to pay for tuition fees and living expenses by providing their Bank Statement or their parent’s Bank Statement with $10,000 USD in the account as the minimum balance.
- Candidates pay application fees according to the instructions in section 7.
